Scope

These terms govern all sales made on the Zara Outlet online store. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

Products

Products are described and shown as accurately as possible. Photographs are not contractual: slight variations in colour or finish may occur.

Prices

Prices are shown in GBP, including applicable taxes and excluding shipping. Zara Outlet may change its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

An order is final once payment has been confirmed. Payment is made online by card or through the payment methods offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by our payment providers.

Delivery

Delivery methods and times are detailed in our shipping policy.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw, as set out in our refund policy.

Warranties

All our products are covered by the statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects, under the conditions provided by law.

Liability

Zara Outlet cannot be held liable for non-performance caused by force majeure, disruption or strikes affecting postal or transport services, or by an act attributable to the customer.
