Delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days depending on the destination. These times are indicative and may be longer during peak periods or customs inspections.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment. Any customs duties or import taxes, where applicable, are payable by the recipient.

Parcel tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel at any time on global-shipping.co?lang=en.

Delivery address

Please double-check your address before placing your order. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in the parcel being returned to sender and re-shipping fees.

Lost or damaged parcel
