Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason.

To start a return, email us at niess.tennesse.8@proton.me with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except for faulty items or errors on our side.
• We recommend a tracked service: the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Faulty item or wrong order

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at niess.tennesse.8@proton.me with photos. We will exchange it or refund you in full, including return shipping.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
